Plankpad® - Balance Board & Bodyweight Fitness Trainer

PLANKPAD® PRO The Interactive Core Trainer

Plankpad® is the perfect training device to train the whole body. The plank exercise helps you get into shape, burn fat and build muscles.

In combination with the app for iOS and Android, which is synchronized with the workout, the plank exercise becomes more dynamic, attracts more muscles and is much more fun.

Since the focus of the training is on the games, you will forget the time, hold your exercise longer and achieve training success faster.

Beside the games there is an area with workouts if you want to train even harder. Various workouts make your training even more dynamic. The games and workouts have different difficulty levels and can therefore be tuned for beginners and advanced.

The path to come into shape, having a healthy and strong back and body is often associated with strenuous training. Planking is one of the most effective exercises you can do. You build muscles, burn fat and improve your overall posture by just a few minutes a day.

Plankpad® can also be used as a balance board to focus on leg muscles, body balance and motor coordination. With specially developed games for standing and the possibility to connect the app to the TV, the Plankpad® turns into a snowboard or a surfboard.
